Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily activities and personal care. The role offers competitive hourly pay, shift differentials for evenings and nights, and on-site benefits in a continuing care retirement community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CNA experience, an active CNA certification for the state, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans respecting preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Compensation

Compensation: commensurate with experience $20.00 - $24.50 per hour Shift differentials: $3.00 evenings, $2.00 nights

What you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
