Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
  • Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
  • Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
