Job summary

Gardant in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Part-Time CNA to support residents with daily care and follow individualized care plans in a 3rd shift setting.

You will assist with ADLs, report health changes, and engage residents and families with compassion while maintaining privacy and dignity. A High School diploma or GED and an active CNA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
