Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian in Fairfield, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA for 3rd shift to provide compassionate care per each resident's plan.

You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, report health changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families, and participate in learning activities; CNA certification and a HS diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per each resident’s care plan.

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
