Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate resident care on the 2nd shift. You will follow each resident's care plan and help with ADLs, maintaining dignity and independence.

Job Location: Lacey Creek Supportive Living - Downers Grove, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
