Reflections Retirement Community in Park Forest, IL is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. The role supports ADLs, follows care plans, and collaborates with the clinical team to monitor health changes.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA certificate, have strong communication skills, and can uphold dignity and respect in all interactions with residents and families. Evening shifts are available, with competitive benefits and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion to create positive experiences.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, meetings and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Green Oaks of Park Forest - Park Forest, IL 60466, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.50 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
