Job summary

Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized resident care per care plans. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team with dignity and respect.

You will engage with residents and their families to create a positive and lasting experience. Ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings is encouraged, along with strict confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
