Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community seeks a dedicated CNA to join our care team part-time in Olney, IL. You will support residents with ADLs, follow care plans, and communicate changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.

• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.

Job Location: Brookstone Estates of Olney - Olney, IL 62450, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.50 - $16.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
