Reflections Retirement Community in Tuscola, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time 2nd shift to deliver compassionate resident care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, ensure dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team as part of a supportive care team.

Formación

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Location: Brookstone Estates of Tuscola - Tuscola, IL 61953, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift - 12 hours
