Reflections Retirement Community in Mattoon, IL is seeking a part-time CNA to deliver compassionate, individualized care. You will follow each resident’s care plan, assist with ADLs, and communicate changes to the clinical team with professionalism.

Responsibilities include engaging with residents and families, attending educational seminars and staff meetings, and maintaining confidentiality while upholding dignity. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift - 12 hours

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

QualificationsQualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
