Reflections Retirement Community at Gull Creek in Berlin, MD seeks a Part-Time CNA to provide individualized care per care plans, assist with ADLs, and support a respectful, dignified living environment.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage residents and families with compassion, and participate in ongoing education while following privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Location: Gull Creek - Berlin, MD 21811 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $15.25 - $15.25 Hourly Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
