Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care at Brookstone Estates of Rantoul, IL. The role involves assisting with ADLs, maintaining resident dignity, and reporting health changes to the clinical team.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and an accredited CNA certification, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with residents and families effectively.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities
