Job summary

Heritage-Woods-of-Ottawa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include reporting health status changes to the clinical team, connecting with residents and families, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; must serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
