Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized resident care in a supportive environment. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and report health changes to the clinical team, while engaging with residents and families with compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities include ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience providing ADL assistance and resident care.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities
