Job summary

Gardant in United States, Illinois, Rockford seeks a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan. You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity and report health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and their families in a compassionate, meaningful way and pursue ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and training opportunities. Confidentiality and privacy are paramount.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
