Job summary

Grand Victorian of Zionsville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care in Carmel, Indiana. You will follow each resident’s care plan, assist with ADLs, and promote independence while maintaining dignity.

Strong communication with residents and families is essential to create a positive, lasting impact. In this role, you will engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and empathy.
• Participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.
