Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian in Mattoon, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time, 2nd shift (12 hours). You will provide individualized resident care per care plans and assist with ADLs while upholding dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the clinical team, engaging with residents and families, and participating in ongoing education. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and Paycom

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Job Location: Mattoon, IL 61938. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly. Job Shift: 2nd shift - 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
