Job summary

Cambridge House of Maryville seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, 2nd shift in Maryville, IL. You will deliver personalized care according to each resident’s care plan and support activities of daily living with respect and dignity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role emphasizes compassionate care, ongoing learning, and collaboration with the clinical team in a compliant, privacy-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Job Location: Cambridge House of Maryville - Maryville, IL 62062, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.75 - $19.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
