Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution in Rockford, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care following each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families, participate in ongoing training, and uphold privacy rules. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
