Reflections Retirement Community in Minooka, IL seeks a Full Time CNA for the 1st shift to provide compassionate, personalized resident care in line with individual care plans. You will assist with ADLs, support independence, and uphold dignity while reporting health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.

• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
