Job summary

Vivera Senior Living of Jeffersonville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide individualized care on the 1st shift. You will support residents according to their care plans, assist with ADLs, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Excellent communication with residents and their families is essential to create a positive, respectful experience. Training and ongoing education opportunities are available to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.

• Salary Range: $18.25 - $18.25Hourly
• Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
