Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a Full Time CNA to provide individualized resident care on 1st shift. You will assist with ADLs, report health changes to the clinical team, and maintain a compassionate, dignified approach.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and an active CNA certification. Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential for delivering high-quality care and contributing to a supportive team.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
