Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a Part Time CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in alignment with individual care plans.

You will assist with ADLs, communicate clearly with residents and families, document health changes, participate in team meetings, and engage in ongoing learning through seminars and training while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly
