Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Greenwood, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized resident care on the 1st shift. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health changes, and document progress per care plans.

A high school diploma or GED and an active CNA certification are required to join a team focused on patient dignity and respect. You will collaborate with the clinical team, connect with residents and families, and engage in ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
