Job summary

Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a CNA to deliver individualized resident care on the 1st shift. You will assist with ADLs and work under the clinical team to maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook - Bolingbrook, IL 60440, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
