Job summary

Ovation Home Care in Florida seeks compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on home care, including bathing, grooming, mobility support, and daily living assistance. You will monitor health, document vital signs, and help ensure safety and comfort in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license, state-specific.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain employer-paid).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/transfer clients and basic charting/communication skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range-of-motion exercises, walking, and therapy routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare meals, light housekeeping, run errands, provide companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, document EMR notes via app.
