Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll provide hands-on support to clients, assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities, while promoting safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license active in Texas.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer.
• Basic computer skills for charting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility with ROM exercises and walking as directed.
• Monitor health by tracking intake and reporting changes.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Advocate for client safety.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety

What You’ll Bring
