Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED plus an active CNA license.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain; employer pays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients.
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength: ROM exercises, walking, therapy routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track intake, report changes.
• Provide medication cues: remind and document compliance.
• Support daily life: meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship.
• Adhere to infection-control and fall-prevention protocols; document EMR notes.
