Avir Health Group in Henderson, Texas is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate direct care to residents on 12-hour shifts.

You will assist with ADLs, bathing, feeding and mobility, monitor health and report changes to nursing staff, take vitals, and maintain clean, safe rooms with dignity and respect for residents. The role offers competitive pay, daily pay options, and family health coverage.

Job Duties

• Provided direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assisted residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Helped residents with feeding, meals, and proper hydration.
• Transferred and repositioned residents safely using proper equipment and techniques.
• Monitored and reported changes in residents physical and emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Took and recorded vital signs and maintained accurate documentation.
• Answered call lights and responded promptly to resident needs.
• Maintained clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas.
• Assisted with ambulation and encouraged residents to maintain independence.

Shifts are 12 hours
