Job summary

Apploi in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and hygiene within our facility.

The role requires a CNA certification and offers a flexible schedule, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, turning, ambulation, and nourishment.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and federal, state and local requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of residents and facility data.

Job description

Sign on bonus of $1,000 paid at $250 a quarter over a 12 month period

- We also offer Tuition Reimbursement after 90 days of employment for CNA's who received their NJ state certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• - Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• - Help Residents with personal hygiene
• - Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• - Document Resident food and fluid intake
• - Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• - Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• - Transport Residents within the facility
• - Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• - Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• - Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• - Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

License
