Job summary

Warren Haven in New Jersey is seeking a CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The role centers on compassionate patient care and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will greet patients, assist with personal care tasks, mobility, and activities of daily living while protecting dignity and safety.

A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered; all shifts, in-person work. NJ CNA license required; current students in CNA class are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in New Jersey (current license)
• Current student enrolled in CNA class welcome to apply
• Must be able to follow safety standards and maintain patient privacy

The CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• CNA Greets patients in a friendly and welcoming manner. Creates a positive first impression. Smiles, projects a positive attitude.
• CNA Through the continuous improvement standards of practice and by providing a safe and secure environment the patient will be assured a sense of safety and well-being, free from risk and harm.
• CNA Gives and/or assists with assigned personal care tasks.
• CNA Assists patient with mobility
• Assists patient in performing bowel and bladder functions

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Professional Experience:

• Current CNA-certified nursing assistant license in the State of New Jersey
• Current Student in CNA Class
