Job summary

ArchCare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily living activities. Under supervision, you will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and help transfer residents to events and meals.

You will promote high-quality care, document changes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Competitive benefits accompany a structured home-based or facility-based role.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with NY state credentials.
• Experience assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Ability to observe and report changes to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and monitor residents during dining.

Responsibilities

Under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN, performs various resident care activities and related non-professional duties for the specific needs and comfort of the aged and those that need our help.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
