Job summary

ArchCare's Continuing Care Community in New York seeks a part-time caregiver to support residents' social, physical and emotional needs by guiding participation in highly structured activities. This role emphasizes compassionate engagement and personal connection in a home and community setting.

You will develop activity plans aligned with residents' goals, lead therapeutic activities such as exercise and outings, and help residents maintain independence through social skills training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
