Job summary

Eger Harbor House is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide personal care and rehabilitative services in daily living activities under supervision. The position offers a day shift from 7am to 3pm and requires assisting with meals, medications, and mobility, while supporting social activities and routine tasks.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, coordinating with nurses, accompanying clients to appointments, and ensuring nutritional and hygiene needs are met.

Qualifications

• Provides personal care and rehabilitative services and assists in activities of daily living as directed by the Director of Clinical Services or the supervising Registered Nurse.
• Assists clients in administering medication.
• Assists with personal housekeeping duties.
• Accompanies clients to medical appointments.
• Helps clients exercise, move around the house and transfer them when required.
