Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX seeks caring CNAs to provide hands-on home health support to clients. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities while promoting mobility and safety.

The role requires an active CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. You will document care in an EMR app, coordinate with nurses, and contribute to a caregiver-first team that values your voice and professional

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on home care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength through ROM exercises and walking support.
• Monitor health, track intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues and document adherence in records.
• Prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Uphold safety protocols and document notes via EMR app.
