Mount Carmel North in Ohio is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care to join the Medical Group North. The APP will provide age-spanning care with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention within an outpatient primary care setting and collaborate with a physician-led team.

Position Purpose:
This full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a Mount Carmel North primary care office setting. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care. APPs at Mount Carmel are highly valued members of the care team and are offered excellent compensation, benefits, and an annual CME stipend. Experience in the outpatient primary care setting is preferred.
