Job summary

Trinity Health's Mount Carmel Johnstown clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team. This full-time APP will deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan, emphasizing preventative services and patient-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Current RN license in Ohio; APRN license; Ohio Board of Nursing certification.
• BLS provider certification.
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care and treatment of patients as indicated in the professional scope of practice and within current standards and protocols.

Position Purpose

This full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a Mount Carmel Johnstown primary care office setting. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care. APPs at Mount Carmel are highly valued members of the care team and are offered excellent compensation, benefits, and an annual CME stipend.

1-2 years' experience in the outpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
