Job summary

Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a Cardiology walk-in clinic on the St. Ann's campus. The role requires a Masters degree and current Ohio RN license, with APN certification in the designated specialty preferred. BLS is required, and ACLS/NRP/EFM/PALS may be required for certain departments.

You will join a supportive team delivering primary and acute cardiac care and supporting patient education, with competitive compensation and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Certified as Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty; ANCC preferred.
• BLS provider certification required.

• Experienced APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary or acute healthcare services for cardiology patients in a walk-in clinic.
• Work at the Cardiology Clinic on the St. Ann's campus.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.

Advance Practice Provider for Cardiology, Walk-in Clinic

Position Purpose

The Advanced Practice Specialty for Cardiology, provides primary or acute healthcare services for specialty health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

This position is for our walk-in Cardiology Clinic on the St. Ann's campus.

What we are looking for

• Education: Masters required in Science, Nursing or Specialty field. Graduate of an Advanced Practitioner program.
• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio
• Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty required. American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is preferred
• BLS provider certification required
• ACLS, NRP, EFM and PALs required for some departments (see Exhibit A)
• We are looking for an experienced APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
