Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. is seeking a CNM to join our Fort Walton Beach team for full-scope midwifery care in an outpatient clinic, including obstetric and gynecologic services. The CNM will collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, and lactation specialists to provide comprehensive care.

You will lead Labor & Delivery coverage, triage obstetric patients, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and high-acuity drills. FL-licensed CNMs with AMCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an OB/CNM practice.
• NRP and BLS certifications required by start date; AMCB active.
• Active FL RN and APRN licenses.
• Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic including obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house clinical coverage.
• Triage and coordinate care for emergent obstetric patients with RNs and OB/GYNs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend skills drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
