Diana Health is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Beaumont, TX to provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic and Labor & Delivery coverage at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth Hospital.

You will collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation consultants, and other specialists, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support ongoing learning with CME days and funding.

Competenze

• 2+ years intrapartum, postpartum, OB triage experience preferred.
• Hospital-based obstetric care experience preferred.
• NRP and BLS certifications required by start date.
• AMCB certification active.
• Active TX RN and APRN licenses required.

Mansioni

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic including obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, and educators.
• Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house coverage.
• Triage obstetric patients and work with RNs/OBs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
