Job summary

Adena Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing Ob/Gyn clinic. You will primarily conduct gynecology visits in the outpatient clinic and collaborate with physicians in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be independent, but comfortable working with physicians. Key traits include being kind, a team player, eager to learn, and coachable.

Qualifications

• CNM credential with active license and board certification.
• Experience in OB/Gyn care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/Gyn and Women’s health care in outpatient clinic, including annual exams.
• Offer contraceptive counseling and IUD insertion/removal.
• Discuss birth control options and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Adena Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a growing Ob/Gyn clinic in Lancaster, Ohio. This CMN will primarily conduct gynecology visits in the outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wants to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and positive atmosphere.

Job Details

• Provides Ob/Gyn and Women’s health care, including annual exams
• Contraceptive counseling/insertion , including IUD insertion/removal

Practice Details

• Office Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday
• Call: None
• Physicians: 3 (2MDs and one DO)
• NP: 1 Midwife
• Staffing: 7 (2 PARs, 5 Mas, and one RN)

This is a full-time employed position within the multi-specialty Adena Medical Group. The position offers generous benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.
