Job summary

NP Now seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a well-established, high-volume Women's Health program in Findlay and Bluffton, OH. The role offers 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist support, a collaborative team, and a supportive schedule with two clinic days plus call coverage.

Current AMCB CNM certification and 2+ years of CNM experience are preferred. Compensation includes base salary with sign-on and CME allowances, relocation options, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNM care across two Findlay/Bluffton clinic locations.
• Collaborate with obstetric hospitalists for deliveries and on-call coverage.
• Deliveries occur at a hospital located ~45 minutes south of Toledo; participate in patient education.

Compensation

• Base salary: $140,000–$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap
• Signing bonus: $5,000
• CME/board certification allowance: $3,500

Job/Practice Description

• Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton
• Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support
• Weekend call: 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday)
• Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations valued
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model
• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment

Requirements

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
