NP Now, LLC seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a nonprofit health system's high-volume Women's Health program in Findlay, Ohio, with 24/7 OB hospitalist support and a flexible practice environment.

The CNM will cover two Findlay/Bluffton clinics, with two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day on weekdays, and a 1:4 on-call rotation on weekends; deliveries occur at a hospital south of Toledo.

Qualifications

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
• Minimum of 2 years CNM experience preferred.

24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap
• Signing bonus: $5,000
• CME/board certification allowance: $3,500

Job / Practice Description
