Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Ohio to deliver comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. You will lead perinatal education, support diabetes management in pregnancy, and address substance-use considerations while maintaining licensure and standards in Ohio.

With a focus on collaborative care, you will document care accurately and participate in a 1:4 weekend call rotation and 2 clinical days plus a 24-hour call day, supporting OB hospitalist

Qualifications

• CNM credential by AMCB.
• Minimum 2 years of CNM experience.
• Ohio RN/APRN license or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance-use considerations.
• Board certified.

Required Qualifications

Shift

• Weekdays: Two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day

Salary

• Base Salary: $140,000-$145,000 / Annum (Based on Experience)
• Productivity Bonus: $26 per wRVU (No Cap)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
