Join a team of nationally respected, board-certified providers in Obstetrics and Gynecology committed to quality care, education, and research. West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Certified Nurse Midwife (Instructor rank). The practice will be based in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
Duties include collaborative practice with faculty OBGYN Specialists, Uro-Gynecologists, and MFM Specialists, as well as teaching residents, medical and nursing students, and supervising APN preceptorships.

Brian Casey, MD, ABOG-MFM, joined WVU Medicine in March 2024. With a background in high-quality women’s healthcare, he has held leadership roles at UAB, UT Southwestern, and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Casey is also an editor of Williams Obstetrics.
He completed his MFM fellowship at UT Southwestern and his residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine.
