Qualifications

• High school diploma, required; completion of NAI program, required.
• One year of relevant experience required; long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• NAI program completion and nurse aide registry listing (NA I) required; medication safety awareness expected.
• Basic computer skills for documentation preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma, required. Completion of NAI program, required.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred. One year required, Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living
• Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, Required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, Required. Medication Safety - AME, Required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, Required.
• Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
