Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, ID is expanding its nursing team and seeking CNAs for day shift 6 AM to 6 PM. We offer a supportive environment with grateful residents and opportunities to grow.

If not certified yet, we will pay for CNA certification valued at over $500; CNAs can participate in Nursing Tuition Reimbursement of $500/month toward a nursing program. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/life/vision, PTO.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment.
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable.

Hours: We are currently hiring for Day Shift 6 AM to 6 PM.

In addition, our CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500/month applied towards a nursing program.
