Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking Per Diem CNAs/HHAs for Bristol, CT, with a Bristol, CT case available. Day shifts run 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, weekday and weekend. Join us to provide one-on-one in-home care and build meaningful client relationships in Hartford County.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
