Job summary

Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs for Part-Time and PRN opportunities serving Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

Join a team that provides one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement. You’ll assist with daily activities, mobility, and in-home care, helping patients remain safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA Certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Dependable and committed to assigned patient tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
• Home Health, Hospice, Long-Term Care, or Personal Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with toileting and daily living activities.
• Meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Follow the established plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Complete required documentation.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and independence at home.

What You'll Do
