Job summary

Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN home care opportunities in Manassas, Haymarket, Gainesville, and surrounding communities. Active Virginia CNA certification is required, with CPR/BLS preferred.

Choose the areas you want to cover and enjoy mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling as you provide one-on-one client care. Join our Prince William County team and help clients stay independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow the established plan of care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
